Victor Bout is wanted by Interpol for Terrorism Consipiracy. Bout is also described by the FBI as an International Arms Dealer. Bout claims that his is merely an air freight company. This is a copy of the Interpol Wanted poster for Viktor Bout (note that Interpol spells his name as both Viktor Bout and Victor Bout).

Yes, Victor Bout, the Russian accused of whom movies have been made and books (e.g. ‘Merchant of Death’ by Farah and Braun) written tells us a bit about himself on his home page. The fantastic thing is that he makes it so very simple to find his site. Just type the most obvious name for him you can think of … yes his website is in the format FirstnameLastname.com (some great SEO from this Interpol wanted person).
