Wherever you are, if you want better results from your Website or want a Website that ‘just works’ without you having to worry about understanding the technology then please contact me.

Search Engine Optimization

I love the Web and the opportunities it affords organizations. Even before I completed my MBA dissertation on ‘Market Entry Strategies for Online Retailers’ I was enthralled by how business objectives may be better met through a Web presence. SEO is about using Search Engines to meet an organizations objectives and I am pleased that my clients, for whom I provide SEO services, are getting great business value from their Online presence.

WordPress

I’m a confessed WordPress ‘junkie’. I love that, through WordPress software, very cost effective and powerful Websites may be created. My Website customers are those that need a Website to meet business objectives however want a turnkey and ‘no fuss’ Web presence. My clients are left to concentrate on their business whilst I make sure that their Website helps them meet their organizational objectives.

Senior Business Analyst

ITIL, IT Service Management (ITSM) Software and process mapping is what I do for medium and large sized organizations in the government and private sectors. I have worked as a Senior Business Analyst for many years and enjoy enabling organizations to effectively implement VMware Service Manager (a.k.a. Infra) as well as designing and implementing ITIL processes.
